1 TBSP - Cheesecake Pudding Mix
Directions:

Blend all ingredients together

Store in refrigerator for a smooth yogurt mix or store in freezer for a more solid frozen mix.

¾ C Almond Milk

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

1-2 T unsweetened cocoa powder

1 T Natural Peanut Butter

1-2 Packets of Stevia or Truvia

Directions:

Blend all ingredients together

Blend ingredient mixture and ice cubes. Add ice cubes one at a time for the best and most even texture. Add until shake is to the consistency of your choosing (I use anywhere between 10 & 15 cubes for that super thick, Frosty consistency.
