Zucchini Chips

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup - Oikos Plain Yogurt 

  • 1 TBSP - Cheesecake Pudding Mix 

 

Directions:

  1. Blend all ingredients together

  2. Store in refrigerator for a smooth yogurt mix or store in freezer for a more solid frozen mix.

  3. OPTIONAL:  Can add fruit for added flavor

Peanut Butter Protein Bowl

Ingredients:

  • ¾ C Almond Milk

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

  • 1-2 T unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1 T Natural Peanut Butter

  • 1-2 Packets of Stevia or Truvia

Directions:

  1. Blend all ingredients together

  2. Blend ingredient mixture and ice cubes. Add ice cubes one at a time for the best and most even texture.  Add until shake is to the consistency of your choosing (I use anywhere between 10 & 15 cubes for that super thick, Frosty consistency.
